CCi Asia Pacific Expands Expertise of Singapore Operations

As part of our ongoing expansion plans and continued commitment and investment to our Singapore and Asia Pacific clients, we are delighted to announce the arrival of a Delay (with Disruption) and Quantum (Cost and Value Engineering) team, led by Mr Anand Anthony as a Director in our Singapore office, Ms Siew Uan Foo as Senior Quantity Surveyor, and Ms Jen Poon as Senior Quantity Surveyor.

The team bring a world class Delay and Quantum service to complement our leading Delay Analysis offering which has supported our clients on some of the region’s largest and most complex claims.

Anand is a Singapore citizen with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries. For the last 22 years he has advised numerous clients in connection with project and contract management issues. Outside Singapore, he has handled claims in Hong Kong, China, Mongolia, Cambodia, Vietnam, India, Indonesia, Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Oman, United Kingdom, Turkey and Europe, and will be able to provide additional support to CCi’s global team.

On matters of Quantum and Cost Engineering, Delay and Building Surveying / Engineering Anand is regularly appointed as an Expert for disputes in mediation, adjudication, arbitration, and litigation proceedings where he testifies regularly in the Singapore High Court.

During the course of his career Anand has benefited from working across a wide range of sectors and has undertaken a range of roles, including Project Director, Project Manager, Construction Manager, Project Controls Manager, Contracts Manager, Commercial Manager, Cost Engineer, Contracts Engineer and Planning Engineer – this broad experiential platform enabling him to consider matters from a holistic perspective and to advise clients accordingly.

The team joins Trudie Moeller, CCi Regional Director, in our Singapore office, who says:
